    1. How do I order a single template ?

    2. How do I order a set for 1 sport, themed or All Events ? And what is a set?

    To order a set for one sports theme please go to Templates Unlimited and click on the image of  the sport you would like and select Full Set .  Full sets for sports start at $99...

    Most sets includes 10 borders/templates for creating poster prints, magazine covers, trading cards, memory mates and team prints.

    3. How do I order a package for more than 1 sport, themed or All Events?

    We offer Templates Unlimited for more than 1 sport/event and they start at $149 for 2 sports and include a full set for each sport of your choice.  For details and ordering please go to Templates Unlimited Build-A-Package

    Also available for a limited time any 4 sets for $199 and any 10 sets for $299

    For the real PROS we offer the Ultimate Pro set (15+ sets for $499) and the Extreme Pro set (50+ sets for $999)

    4. How do I put together my photo with a border ?

    5. What is a border ?

    A border is Photoshop/ Photo Elements file with an overlay that goes over your photo and is personalized -- for an example please go to How To

    6. What is a template ?

    A template is the Photoshop/ Photo Elements file that you use to create your final print either with a border or with a cut-out and full background.  We do all the design and setup work so that all you need to do is add your photo(s), edit text and color to create a new print.  More details

    8. I photograph several different sports and events for several different schools and teams, what should I order to get the best deal?

    Since our templates are color changeable then you do not need to purchase separate templates to match the teams colors.  So they are perfect for photographers like you and for those looking for new photo opportunities.  You might want to look at the "All Events" templates since they can be used for more than one sport and event or if you would prefer sport specific templates then we would recommend Templates Unlimited for different sports and events. 

    If you are a very serious pro and plan to shoot as many different events as possible then we would recommend the Ultimate package for Pros which includes 15+ sports and events.   We also now have the Extreme Pro set which includes 40+ full sets

    10. What is a color combo?

    A color combo is the 2 school and team colors.  Samples of color combos.  You can create any color combo you need, use just 1 color or 3 or more colors.

    11. What programs and versions does the templates work with?

    All our templates work with Photoshop 7 and above and all versions of Photoshop Elements.  Free trial of Photo Elements from Adobe, they also have a 30 Day free trial of Photoshop at http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/main.html

    Yes we do -- we call them "All Events" there are 6 different sets to choose from details .

    13. What are Templates Unlimited

    Templates Unlimited is a single or set of borders and templates that are fully customizable -- change colors to any color or colors you like, change text, add logos, etc.

    They are fully layered PSD files.  And they give you a lot of flexibility and variety that can be created using the same Templates Unlimited

    They are called Templates Unlimited since the color you can use with these is unlimited.

    A set of  templates  includes those for creating posters, magazine covers, trading cards, team prints and memory mates.   More details

    17. How do I compete with the BIG photography businesses? And parents with a new digital camera?

    By offering something different than just the standard action shots. Be willing to offer unique and quality work and you will do well. What I mean by unique work is the personalized posters, magazine covers, trading cards, etc. Be willing to offer something that any mom or dad with a camera cannot do themselves and something that the larger photo companies don't offer because they cannot just feed them into their systems to spit out a run of the mill print. Something that looks like you put some time and effort into, something that they will be proud to display in their homes and offices for years to come.

    18. If I need to create the very large posters what do I need?

    We consider large posters at above 11" x 14" and recommend if you want to use full size templates to create your prints then you have at least a 900 MHz, 512 MB Ram and Pentium 3 to work with these large templates the file sizes will be over 100 MB.  

    If you would prefer to work with smaller file sizes and still create stunning very large poster prints then we recommend working with 1/2 size templates.  An example of 1/2 would be using a 12" x 18"  300 DPI template to create a 24" x 36" or using 1 10" x 15" to create a 20" x 30" poster.

    All templates at 300 DPI unless otherwise noted.

    What if I decide I would like to purchase a full set or package after purchasing a single template?  Can I upgrade?

    Yes, you can.  If within 90 days of purchase you decide you would like a full set of the sport, themed or All Events you purchased as an immediate download we'll apply the price of the download towards the purchase of a full set if within 90 days of purchase.

    Or if you purchased a Templates Unlimited single sport, themed or All Events set or any Templates Unlimited Build-A-Package  then you can apply that purchase price towards the purchase the Ultimate Pro Set or Extreme Pro Set, if within 90 days of original purchase.

    Or if you have ordered from the Build-A-Package deals you can continue to add more sets to your package deals for up to 90 days of original purchase. 

    Contact us if interested in upgrading and/or adding to your package deal.

    21.  What is the difference between Templates Unlimited and ED borders?

    Templates Unlimited are for use with Photoshop 7 and above and/or any version of Elements.  The ED borders are for use with Express Digital software -- details on Express Digital software @ http://www.expressdigital.com/products/epsdarkroom.shtm

    22.  Can I change colors on the ED borders?

    No, not unless you have also purchased the Photoshop masters too.

    If you want the flexibility to change colors, text, layer styles, etc then you might want to look into the Templates Unlimited and then edit them for use with Express Digital software.  Here is a step-by-step tutorial to do this @ http://www.artisticaction.com/tu_ed01.htm
